Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Azure Bliss reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. The version published at the time of purchase will apply.

Products

All works are released in limited editions. Each print is individually produced and carefully inspected before shipment. Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings or the nature of fine art printing and do not constitute defects. We reserve the right to correct errors in descriptions, pricing, or availability.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR (or the selected currency where applicable). The full amount is charged at the time of purchase. We accept secure payments through trusted third-party providers. For security reasons, we do not store full payment details.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout. The Azure Bliss is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Returns

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return: the item must be unused and in its original condition; all original packaging must be intact; the return must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Limited editions that show signs of use or damage not caused in transit may not be eligible for refund.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, and design — is the property of The Azure Bliss. The purchase of a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.

Limitation of Liability

The Azure Bliss shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.
